Our partners, Dale Williams and Laura Brown, are Board Certified Specialists in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Dale and Laura have the distinction of being rated as Super Lawyers in Texas, and members of the Multi-Millions Dollar Advocates Forum for their success in trial. Both Dale and Laura are adjunct professors at Baylor Law School teaching Personal Injury Trial Law to the law school students.

Honors & Awards

Laura was named by her peers and the Texas Monthly Super Lawyer publication as a Super Lawyer. She is a member of the American Association for Justice and the Birth Trauma Litigation Group. She is also a member of the Million Dollar Advocate’s Forum, and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocate’s Forum. Her membership is in recognition of her significant success obtaining verdicts and settlements.

Three of Dale’s multi-million dollar verdicts resulted in his closing arguments being recorded by Million Dollar Arguments. These recordings have been made available to attorneys throughout the nation as teaching aids. The Texas Trial Lawyers Association selected Dale to be the Editor-in-Chief. He served as editor of their statewide publication, Trial Lawyer Forum, from 1987-1991.
