Fairfield County Common Pleas Court

Description

All adult felonies committed in Fairfield County are assigned in the Common Pleas Court after an indictment or information is filed. Before indictment, an adult felony may be in the Municipal Court briefly for a bond hearing.

A case in the Fairfield County Common Pleas Court begins with a first court date, called an arraignment. Depending on the charge, a Defendant will either receive a summons to court or be arrested and transported to court by the county. At this first court date, the Defendant enters a "guilty" or "not guilty" plea.

Cases in the Fairfield County Common Pleas Court from possession of drugs to felonious assault and beyond, are charges that Attorney Brandon Shroy has successfully defended for the last 12 years.  Put his expertise to work for you. Call (614) 601-1456 for a free and easy consultation.
